Common use of Settlement Allowance Clause in Contracts

Settlement Allowance. 49.01 The Employer agrees to pay to each employee a settlement allowance of $1,492. 49.02 Settlement Allowance will be paid to all employees. 49.03 Full time employees will receive a settlement allowance in equal amounts on a biweekly basis.
