Settlement Fund Reallocation and Distribution. As set forth below, within a particular Settling State’s account, amounts contained in the Settlement Fund sub-funds may be reallocated and distributed per a State-Subdivision Agreement or other means. If the apportionment of amounts is not addressed and controlled under subsections VI.D.1-2, then the default provisions of subsection VI.D.4 apply. It is not necessary that a State- Subdivision Agreement or other means of allocating funds pursuant to subsections VI.D.1-2 address all of the Settlement Fund sub-funds.
