Common use of Severabilily Clause in Contracts

Severabilily. Whenever possible, each provision of this Agreement shall be interpreted in such manner as to be valid, binding and enforceable under applicable law, but if any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, void (or voidable) or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be ineffective only to the extent held to be invalid, void (or voidable) or unenforceable, without affecting the remainder of such provision or the remaining provisions of this Agreement.
