Common use of SEVERABILTY Clause in Contracts

SEVERABILTY. In the event any portion of this Contract shall be finally determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed void and the remainder of the Contract shall continue in full force and effect.
