Common use of SEVERABILTY Clause in Contracts

SEVERABILTY. 11.1 If any term, covenant or condition contained herein will, to any extent, be adjudged by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable in any respect the same will be severed from this Agreement, and the remainder of this Agreement will not be affected thereby.
