Common use of Shared Accommodation Clause in Contracts

Shared Accommodation. Where an Employee is required to share accommodation they shall be entitled to the following: (i) An allowance of $46.00 per day on each day an Employee shares a cabin with one other person; (ii) An allowance of $56.00 per day on each day an Employee shares a cabin with two other persons; (iii) An allowance of $66.00 per day on each day an Employee shares a cabin with three other persons.

Shared Accommodation. 25.2.1 Where an Employee employee is required to share on board accommodation they (but not including shared toilet facilities) and is not already in receipt of any monetary consideration thereto, the employee shall be entitled to the following:following-, (ia) An allowance of $46.00 per day on each day an Employee a person shares a cabin with one other person;.
