Common use of Shared Cart or Bin service Clause in Contracts

Shared Cart or Bin service. Contractor shall allow Commercial Customers 689 to use Carts or Bins for Targeted Recyclable Materials Collection that are 690 shared by the Occupants of two (2) or more Commercial Premises. In such 691 case, Contractor shall provide one (1) or more Carts or Bins to such Premises 692 as requested by Customer(s).
