Collection Containers Clause Samples
The 'Collection Containers' clause defines the requirements and responsibilities related to the provision, use, and maintenance of containers used for collecting materials, such as waste, recyclables, or other specified items. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for supplying the containers, the standards they must meet (such as size, labeling, or cleanliness), and the procedures for their placement and removal.
