If the carts or bins are left "outside" in a designated area, each container may be locked (keyed alike), and only Contractor staff, County staff, and the participating customers will be provided with a key to access the containers. At least once each Calendar Year, Contractor’s route supervisor will visit each of the participating commercial customers with shared containers, respond to any questions or concerns, and check the areas for contamination, litter, or damage.
