It shall be understood that every elementary vocal music teacher will participate in the All-City Vocal Music Festival without additional compensation. Further, it is understood that it is the responsibility of every elementary vocal music teacher to ensure that every elementary student in grades one through five shall be given at least one (1) opportunity to perform in an organized program during the school year. Programs shall be presented to the general public in the evening. Scheduling of these programs will be coordinated with the building principal. The above agreement is effective immediately and shall remain in effect for the duration of this Agreement.
