Shift Guarantee. The Employer shall pay to every employee covered by this Agreement who works in excess of four (4) hours and less than eight (8) hours in any shift, at least the equivalent of eighteight (8) hours at straight time for each shift, provided the employee is available for work. There will be a ten (10) hour break between shifts or two (2) times the rate applies.
