Common use of Shift Swapping Clause in Contracts

Shift Swapping. The practice of exchanging duty hours may be permitted with the permission and at the discretion of the Chief of the Franklin Fire Department or their designee, in accordance with Code 20.10.01.01. A. The hourly substitution will be based on mutual agreement between the parties concerned and shall not result in additional costs to the Town of Franklin. B.
