Common use of Shift Turnover Clause in Contracts

Shift Turnover. Employees eligible for Shift Turnover are Nuclear Security Officers and Nuclear Response Force – Security Officers who are required to gear‐up and down at the beginning and end of every shift. These employees will have their basic salary increased as outlined below for the duration of their shift assignment. 8 hour Shift Schedule $1,800 $2,275 10 hour Shift Schedule $1,450 $1,800 12 hour Shift Schedule (5 Shift Rotation) $1,200 $1,500 NOTE: The above premiums are based on a normal shift turnover time of 15 minutes.
