Common use of Short Term and Long Term Disability Clause in Contracts

Short Term and Long Term Disability. The Hospital will continue to pay 32 the full cost of coverage under the group long-term disability program for eligible full- 33 time nurses. The Hospital will continue to pay the full cost of coverage under the group 34 short-term disability and long-term disability programs for eligible full-time and eligible 35 part-time nurses, subject to the provisions of Section 7.1 above.
