Common use of Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability Clause in Contracts

Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability. (a) Employees shall be entitled to coverage for short-term disability in accordance with agreed upon regulations which will be subject to review and revision during the period of this agreement by negotiations between the parties and included as Appendix 3 to this agreement. (b) The Employer agrees to provide a mutually acceptable long-term disability plan. (c) The cost of these plans will be borne by the Employer.
