Short Term Disability Program. (a) Rate of Payment Where a regular employee is unable to work due to illness, disability, quarantine or an accident for which compensation is not payable under the Workers' Compensation Act, the employee shall receive 100% pay for the first eight (8) working days' absence in any one year.
