Use of Credits Clause Samples

The 'Use of Credits' clause defines how and under what conditions credits provided by one party can be used within the scope of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the types of services or products for which credits may be redeemed, any restrictions on their use, and the timeframe in which they must be utilized. For example, credits might be applied only to specific service tiers or expire after a set period. The core function of this clause is to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of the value, limitations, and proper application of credits, thereby preventing disputes over their use.
