Use of Credits. ▇▇▇▇ leave credits accumulated under the former sick leave plan shall be frozen as of June 30, 1987. Employees who have earned such credits shall use their credits to supplement 33 1/3% of a day's accumulated credit to each day of absence, thereby receiving 100% pay to the extent of accumulated credits or 180 calendar days, whichever is the lesser. Credits may not be used while on the long term disability program but will be retained for future use on return to work. All sick leave credits are cancelled upon termination of employment.

Use of Credits. The Transmission Credits shall be applicable on a dollar-for-dollar basis against any charges or fees imposed on a Participant or its Associated Producer under any Transmission Agreement entered into by such Participant or Associated Producer and IID. Each Participant shall inform IID of the persons, selected from among itself and its Associated Producers, which are to use the Transmission Credits issued to it. Such selections will be subject to change upon written notice to IID. If a Participant or its Associated Producer elects to continue transmission under the IID-Edison Agreement, as provided in Section 6.06, IID shall, at the request of such Participant or its Associated Producer, apply transmission credits held by such Participant or its Associated Producer so as to reduce IID's charges to Edison for the transmission of electric power on behalf of such Participant or its Associated Producer under the IID-Edison Agreement.

Use of Credits. These rewards will be used only on claims dollars applied to the deductible. BAC will issue a check to the participant either via paper or direct deposit (employee’s choice). The money will be paid to the participant. It is the participant’s responsibility to pay the provider any monies owed.

Use of Credits. The Borrower shall use or apply the proceeds of all Loans and all Letters of Credit and the proceeds thereof only as provided in (and not in any manner inconsistent with) this Agreement).

Use of Credits. The sick leave credits shall be used to compensate the loss of regular salary during the waiting period stipulated under the insurance plan with respect to illness. However, the regular employee only has a right to be paid for such sick leave starting from the second (2nd) consecutive day of absence from work, within his work schedule.
