Common use of Short Term Forecast Clause in Contracts

Short Term Forecast. By April 1, 2000, and thereafter, not less than ninety (90) days prior to the first day of each calendar quarter during the Term, Sankyo shall provide GelTex with Sankyo's rolling twenty four (24) month written forecast on a quarterly basis for its purchases of Drug Substance for the twenty four (24) month period commencing with such calendar quarter.
