Shortened Casual Engagements. 9.9.1 Where there is a shortage of work due to business requirements and as a result a casual employee’s planned work is completed prior to their rostered finishing time, the casual employee’s rostered shift may be shortened, at the discretion of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, to a minimum of 3 hours. 9.9.2 An employee who is directed by ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ to finish at the completion of the work shall only be paid for the time worked or the minimum of 3 hours, whichever is the greater.
