SHOWING. BY LESSOR. LESSOR may, at any time within six (6) months before the expiration of this Lease, enter the prem- ises at all reasonable hours for the purpose of offering the premises for rent, subject to LESSEE'S rights, as set out in paragraph 5. LESSOR may show the premises at any time during the term of this Lease, on reasonable advance notice to LESSEE, during busi- ness hours, to prospective purchasers or lenders.
