Side Boundary Fences a) Permit any fence to be erected on the common Side Boundaries between any of Lots 80, 81, 84, 87, 89-97, 104-146, 187-192, 195-220, and 370 within 1 metre of the point where the Side Boundary meets the Road Boundary and providing the fence complies with the following requirements: (i) the fence is a maximum of 1.2 metres in height within 1 metre of the point where the Side Boundary meets the Road Boundary; and (ii) the fence is raked at an angle of 30 degrees until it reaches its maximum height of 1.8 metres above finished ground level. (iii) Notwithstanding clauses 1.17(a) (i) & (ii) above, the common Side Boundary fences between the following Lots shall be exempt from the provisions of clauses 1.17(a) (i) & (ii): 184 & the adjacent property to the north, 184 & 221, 189 & 190, 192 & 195, 198 & 199, 198 & 110, 111 & 370, 112 & 370, and 113 & 114. b) In respect of Lots 222, 263, and 264 erect any fence on the north-south boundary between the Lot and Lot 1503, nor erect any fence on the east-west boundary between the Lot and Lot 1503 within one metre of the point where the boundary meets the road that the Grantee creates in a later subdivision of Lot 1503. c) Permit any fence on the common Side Boundaries between Lots 209-219 unless the fence complies with the following requirements: (i) the fence is 1.2 metres in height at the point where it meets the boundary with the adjoining reserve (equal to the height of the decorative metal fence on the boundary with the reserve) and (ii) the fence is raked at an angle of 30 degrees until it reaches its maximum height of 1.8 metres above finished ground level. d) Permit any fence erected on the Lot or any boundary to exceed 1.8 metres generally above finished ground level.
Side Boundary Fences i) Permit any fence to be erected on the common Side Boundaries between any two Residential Lots on DP [ ] within 1 metre of the point where the side boundary meets the Road Boundary; ii) Permit any fence to be erected on the common Side Boundaries between any Reserve Frontage Lots unless the fence is 1.2m in height at the point where it meets the boundary with the adjoining reserve and is raked at an angle of 30 degrees until it obtains its maximum height of 1.8 metres; iii) Permit any fence to be erected on the Side Boundary between Lot 3029 and each of Lots 1125, 1128, 1132, 1133, 1141, 1175, 1176, 1184, 1185, 1195, 1196, 1202, 1204,1205 and 1207 within 1 metre of the point where the Side Boundary meets the Road Boundary.

  • Geographic Area and Sector Specific Allowances, Conditions and Exceptions The following allowances and conditions shall apply where relevant. Where the Employer does work which falls under the following headings, the Employer agrees to pay and observe the relevant respective conditions and/or exceptions set out below in each case.

  • Transfer and Seniority Outside the Bargaining Unit (a) It is understood that an employee shall not be transferred by the Hospital to a position outside the bargaining unit without his consent except in the case of temporary assignments not exceeding six (6) months. This period may be extended a further six (6) months upon the agreement of the employee and the Hospital. Such employees on temporary assignments shall remain members of the bargaining unit. (b) An employee who is transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit shall not, subject to (c) below, accumulate seniority. In the event the employee is returned by the Hospital to a position in the bargaining unit within twenty-four (24) months of the transfer he or she shall be credited with the seniority held at the time of transfer and resume accumulation from the date of his or her return to the bargaining unit. An employee not returned to the bargaining unit within 24 months shall forfeit bargaining unit seniority. (c) In the event an employee transferred out of the bargaining unit under (a) or (b) above is returned to the bargaining unit within a period of twelve (12) calendar months, he shall accumulate seniority during the period of time outside the bargaining unit.

  • Records Maintenance; Access Contractor shall maintain all financial records relating to this Contract in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. In addition, Contractor shall maintain any other records, books, documents, papers, plans, records of shipments and payments and writings of Contractor, whether in paper, electronic or other form, that are pertinent to this Contract (“Records”) in such a manner as to clearly document Contractor's performance. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that Agency and the Oregon Secretary of State's Office and the federal government and their duly authorized representatives will have access to such financial records and other Records that are pertinent to this Contract, whether in paper, electronic or other form, to perform examinations and audits and make excerpts and transcripts. Contractor shall retain and keep accessible all such financial records and other Records for a minimum of 6 years, or such longer period as may be required by applicable law, following final payment and termination of this Contract, or until the conclusion of any audit, controversy or litigation arising out of or related to this Contract, whichever date is later.

  • General Conditions Applicable to Option to Build If the Interconnection Customer assumes responsibility for the design, procurement and construction of the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities and Stand Alone Network Upgrades, (1) the Interconnection Customer shall engineer, procure equipment, and construct the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities and Stand Alone Network Upgrades (or portions thereof) using Good Utility Practice and using standards and specifications provided in advance by the Participating TO; (2) The Interconnection Customer’s engineering, procurement and construction of the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities and Stand Alone Network Upgrades shall comply with all requirements of law to which the Participating TO would be subject in the engineering, procurement or construction of the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities and Stand Alone Network Upgrades; (3) the Participating TO shall review, and the Interconnection Customer shall obtain the Participating TO’s approval of, the engineering design, equipment acceptance tests, and the construction of the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities and Stand Alone Network Upgrades, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, and the CAISO may, at its option, review the engineering design, equipment acceptance tests, and the construction of the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities and Stand Alone Network Upgrades; (4) prior to commencement of construction, the Interconnection Customer shall provide to the Participating TO, with a copy to the CAISO for informational purposes, a schedule for construction of the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities and Stand Alone Network Upgrades, and shall promptly respond to requests for information from the Participating TO; (5) at any time during construction, the Participating TO shall have the right to gain unrestricted access to the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities and Stand Alone Network Upgrades and to conduct inspections of the same; (6) at any time during construction, should any phase of the engineering, equipment procurement, or construction of the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities and Stand Alone Network Upgrades not meet the standards and specifications provided by the Participating TO, the Interconnection Customer shall be obligated to remedy deficiencies in that portion of the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities and Stand Alone Network Upgrades; (7) the Interconnection Customer shall indemnify the CAISO and Participating TO for claims arising from the Interconnection Customer's construction of the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities and Stand Alone Network Upgrades under the terms and procedures applicable to Article 18.1

  • Sleeping Rooms to be Blocked A. The Contractor shall block sleeping rooms as set forth in Table 1, below. Date1 3 3 Date2 104 104 Total Rooms to be Blocked: 211 211 B. The Contractor will provide the Judicial Council with a current Delegate List/Report, after the Cut Off Date and before Date 1 of the Program, as identified in Exhibit B. The Judicial Council will then provide to the Contractor in writing an approved Master Account Approval List. The Contractor shall not bill the Judicial Council for Attendee reservations not included on the Master Account Approval List. Unless expressly set forth otherwise, any Individual Charges are the responsibility of the Attendee occupying the room. C. At the request of the Judicial Council, the Contractor shall block additional sleeping rooms for Attendees at the sleeping room rate specified above in this exhibit, provided that the additional sleeping rooms are available for rental during the Dates of the Program, at the time of the request. D. The Contractor shall provide the Judicial Council with a credit to the Master Account equal to the value of one (1) double occupancy sleeping room for each fifty (50) paid room nights during the Program:
