Common use of SIGN LANGUAGE PREMIUM Clause in Contracts

SIGN LANGUAGE PREMIUM. Any qualified Unit employee who is requested by the hearing impaired assistance center to utilize sign language shall receive compensation equal to two and three-quarter percent (2.75%) of their salary or wages for each business day the skill is utilized.
