Signatories. This agreement must be signed by the head of the Agency and the head of the governing body. Examples of Agency heads include police chief, sheriff, director, commissioner, superintendent, administrator, chairperson, secretary, city attorney, county attorney, district attorney, prosecuting attorney, state attorney, commonwealth attorney, and attorney general. The governing body's head is the person who allocates funds or approves the budget for the Agency. Examples of governing body heads include city manager, mayor, city council chairperson, county executive, county council chairperson, director, secretary, administrator, commissioner, and governor.

Signatories. This Agreement has been entered into on the date stated at the beginning of this Agreement.

The governing body head cannot be an official or employee of the Agency and must be from a separate entity.

Signatories. Town warrants and represents that the individual executing this Agreement on behalf of Town has full authority to execute this Agreement and bind Town to the same. Consultant warrants and represents that the individual executing this Agreement on its behalf has full authority to execute this Agreement and bind Consultant to same.

Signatories. Each individual signatory hereto represents and warrants that he or she is duly authorized to execute this Amendment on behalf of his or her principal and that he or she executes the Amendment in such capacity and not as a party.
