Common use of SIGNATURE CONCLUSIVE Clause in Contracts

SIGNATURE CONCLUSIVE. The Bank shall be entitled to rely upon and to treat any document relating to any Card Transaction with the signature of any Cardholder as conclusive evidence of the fact that the Card Transaction as therein stated or recorded was authorised and properly made or effected by the Cardholder.
