Common use of Signatures and Certifications Clause in Contracts

Signatures and Certifications. The Qualified Issuer covenants and agrees that the Qualified Issuer Application, Guarantee Application, Bond Documents, Bond Loan documents, certificates, reports, notices, communications, and financial statements required under this Agreement to Guarantee shall be signed and certified as correct by the Authorized Representative(s) of the Qualified Issuer.‌
