SIGNS; DIRECTORIES. No sign, advertisement or notice shall be inscribed, painted or affixed on any part of the inside or outside of the Building unless approved by Landlord. Tenant shall not mark, ▇▇int, drill into or in any way deface the walls, ceilings, partitions or floors of the Building and shall not put therein any spikes, hooks, screws or nails. Tenant may, however, place on the walls without Landlord's prior permission, paintings, photographs or other matters which may be hung with no more than two (2) ten (10) pound limit picture hangers each.

  • Directories BellSouth or its agent shall make available White Pages directories to <<customer_name>> subscribers at no charge or as specified in a separate BAPCO agreement.

  • Directory To participate in the MnDOT TGB program, a business must be certified at the time of contract execution. Certified Targeted Group Businesses are listed in the Directory of Certified Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged and VET Vendors. MnDOT makes no representation as to any TGB’s technical or financial ability to perform the work. Prime contractors are solely responsible for performing due diligence in hiring TGB firms. A TGB’s failure to perform the work will not be considered justification for a compensation increase or time extension.

  • Safety Meetings Accident investigation.

  • Rosters 8.1 As far as practically possible, the Employer will draw up a roster 1 week in advance. Changes to rosters may occur with 24 hours notice or, subject to the availability of the Employee, with less notice if by mutual consent. 8.2 The Employer will ordinarily roster Employees in a manner that is both fair and equitable to ensure that, where applicable, the allocation of weekend and public holiday hours are equally divided between Employees on a rotating basis.

  • Conference Telephone Meetings Directors or members of any committee of the Board may participate in a meeting of the Board or such committee by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and such participation in a meeting shall constitute presence in person at such meeting.
