Common use of Signs or Advertisements Clause in Contracts

Signs or Advertisements. ‌ Licensee acknowledges and agrees that its rights under this Master License and any Site License do not authorize Licensee to erect, post or maintain, or permit others to erect, post or maintain, any signs, notices, graphics or advertisements whatsoever on the License Area, except as may be specifically authorized under this Master License, any Site License or as may be required for compliance with any applicable Laws.
