Common use of Simultaneously with Clause in Contracts

Simultaneously with. (a) delivery of the documents and items required to be delivered at Completion pursuant to clause 8.2 (or waiver of such delivery by the person entitled to receive the relevant document or item); and (b) receipt by the Seller in accordance with subclause 24.1(a) of the payment to be made pursuant to paragraphs (a) and (b) (if any) of Part 2 of Schedule 7, the documents and items delivered pursuant to clause 8.2 shall cease to be held to the order of the person delivering them and Completion shall have taken place.
