Common use of Single Central Clause in Contracts

Single Central. Office redundancy with diverse route and diverse access to End User Premises or MDU or NBAP (as applicable) requires 2 fibres, on separate routes, from the End User Premises or MDU or NBAP (as applicable) to a single Central Office and a second lead-in to End User Premises, Service Provider Premises or NBAP (as applicable). This option has the following characteristics: 17.13.1 each fully diverse route will have its own lead-in from a separate FAP to the ETP, OFDF or equivalent; 17.13.2 the LFC will design for redundancy within defined business areas; 17.13.3 each fibre access service will be priced at the rate in the Price List; and 17.13.4 each fibre access service will have assured Service Levels.
