Single or Multiple Sample Clauses

The 'Single or Multiple' clause defines whether certain rights, obligations, or actions under an agreement apply to one party or instance, or to several. In practice, this clause clarifies if, for example, a license is granted to a single user or multiple users, or if a warranty covers one product or an entire batch. By specifying the scope—single or multiple—it ensures both parties understand the extent of their rights and responsibilities, thereby preventing disputes over interpretation and ensuring clarity in the application of the agreement.
