SINGLE SHIFT OPERATION. a. Eight (8) hours shall constitute a day's work, five (5) days shall constitute a week's work, Monday through Friday. b. A single shift operation shall be restricted to the hours between 5:00 am and 6:00 pm and eight (8) hours of continuous employment (except for meal period) shall constitute a day's work Monday through Friday of each week. c. Four (4) ten (10) hour shifts at the straight time rate may be established Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday.
