Single Use Requests. Written requests to use District or SPR facilities outside the annual scheduling confirmation process should be submitted to each agency's central scheduling office at least 15 working days before the first day of usage. The central scheduling office of the requesting agency will verify in advance with the affected school principal or SPR facility manager that the facility is available at the date and time requested. Please note that the request will be granted only if the allotted time and space are available.
