Common use of Single Clause in Contracts

Single. The single reimbursement rate applies if the Retiree is single at the time of retirement. If the retiree should marry, the spouse will be ineligible for Township healthcare coverage. Therefore, this marriage will not change the reimbursement rate to the husband and wife rate.
