Single. family residential sewer service, as applicable to the sprinkler rate, shall apply to each lot, parcel of real estate or building, which is used as a single-family residence. Said sprinkling rates shall not apply to any premises used wholly or in part as commercial, industrial or multi-family (two units or more).
