Site Clean Up Clause Samples
The Site Clean Up clause requires the contractor or responsible party to remove debris, waste materials, and unused equipment from the project site upon completion of work. This typically involves restoring the site to a clean and orderly condition, disposing of construction waste in accordance with local regulations, and ensuring that no hazardous materials are left behind. The core function of this clause is to ensure the site is safe, presentable, and ready for its intended use, thereby preventing disputes over post-construction mess and potential safety hazards.
