SITE FUNCTION CLOSURE. 44.1. Sometimes we may need to close a site function and make the roles of all employees at that site redundant. 44.2. If we need to do this, we will tell the employees working in the site function and the union entitled to represent those employees about the redundancies, the reasons for them, who is likely to be affected and when the Placement Period is likely to commence. We will do this at least 6 weeks before the site function closes.
