The Site Handover clause defines the process and conditions under which control and responsibility for a project site are formally transferred from one party to another, typically from the contractor to the client or owner. This clause outlines the requirements that must be met before handover, such as completion of work, inspections, and provision of necessary documentation like warranties or manuals.
