Site Licence Sample Clauses

A Site Licence clause grants permission for the use of certain intellectual property, software, or services at a specific physical location or site. Typically, this clause outlines the boundaries of the licence, such as which premises are covered, the duration of the licence, and any restrictions on transferring the licence to other locations. Its core practical function is to clearly define where and how the licensed materials can be used, thereby preventing unauthorized use outside the designated site and ensuring compliance with the licensor’s terms.
