Skill Clause Samples

The 'Skill' clause defines the standard of competence and expertise required from a party, typically in the performance of services or professional duties under the contract. It usually obligates the party to exercise a level of skill and care that is expected from someone with their qualifications or in their industry, ensuring that tasks are performed competently and diligently. This clause serves to set clear expectations for performance quality, helping to prevent disputes over inadequate work and providing a basis for accountability if the required standard is not met.
