Skill Levels. Sufficient cross-skilling in all facets of quarry work to supervise complex quarry operations, and may include for the purposes of the Mining and Quarrying Safety and Health Act 1999 competent persons, or, • Operation of a dredge with a power rating in excess of 750 kw and responsibility for vessel. In conjunction with the above, employees at this level may be engaged in the training of employees at lower grades.
