Skill Levels. For any on-site or additional Services requested by MetroPCS, MetroPCS shall have the right to order and select Personnel from one of the three (3) categories described below, and Supplier shall provide such Personnel to MetroPCS at the Service Rates. The parties will mutually agree upon the skill level required for the applicable Service requested by MetroPCS and Supplier shall provide such Personnel as soon as such Personnel reasonably are available. The categories are only approximate descriptions of any one individual’s skill level.
