SKILLS FIRST ELIGIBILITY Sample Clauses

The 'Skills First Eligibility' clause defines the criteria that individuals must meet to qualify for participation in the Skills First training program. Typically, this involves requirements related to residency status, age, prior educational attainment, and current enrolment in other government-funded courses. For example, an eligible participant might need to be an Australian citizen or permanent resident and not already hold a qualification at the same or higher level. The core function of this clause is to ensure that government-funded training resources are allocated to those who meet specific policy objectives, thereby promoting fair access and efficient use of public funds.
