Software Agreement. “Software Agreement” means collectively the Software License Agreement and Maintenance Agreement between Customer and TimeXtender.

Software Agreement. The software provided by ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ serves an exclusively educational purpose. The student is obliged not to copy or disseminate the software provided to him for any other purpose. Such software thus installed on the student's own de- vices should be regularly deleted at the end of the relevant module and not later than at the end of the study agreement. If the student is in breach of the license terms of the software man- ufacturer, the student shall be personally liable to the latter.

Software Agreement. The parties agree that Software products licensed under the Software Agreement shall be subject to all the support provisions of the Hardware Agreement.

Software Agreement. The student agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of all software and end user license agreements that are in place or that may be required for each piece of software issued and used for the student’s specific use in the classroom or at home. This includes, but is not limited to, products provided by Adobe, Microsoft, Google, Apple Inc., and others not listed here that may have been or shall be provided at any future period by MESD and its school. Under this agreement, students will abide by the license agreement associated with such software. Software Agreement. Distributor will promote, solicit and obtain ------------------ orders for the object code version of the Products and the maintenance thereof using the agreement attached as Exhibit E (the "Software Agreement"). Distributor will not modify or amend the terms and conditions of the Software Agreement without USSI's prior approval on a case-by-case basis. In no event will Distributor deliver to any customer or third person the source code for the Products, in whole or in part, without USSI's prior approval on a case-by-case basis.

Software Agreement. The software agreement is for a duration of twelve (12) months unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract agreement. When you enter into this agreement, you receive a license to use the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Change Cloud software application. These services are invoiced annually in advance.

Software Agreement. Distributor will promote, solicit and obtain orders for the object code version of the Products using the form of Software License Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit "B" (the "Software Agreement") and the maintenance thereof using the form of Software Maintenance Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit "C" (the "Maintenance Agreement"). USC may modify or replace the Software Agreement or the Maintenance Agreement at any time, in whole or in part, subject to any binding commitment that USC has made to Distributor. If Distributor translates the Software Agreement or the Maintenance Agreement into the language(s) spoken within the Territory, Distributor will deliver the proposed translation to USC for approval prior to use. Distributor will not modify of amend the terms and conditions of the Software Agreement or the Maintenance Agreement without USC's prior written approval on a case-by case basis. In no event will Distributor deliver to any customer or third person the source code for the Products, in whole or in part, without USC's prior written approval on a case-by-case basis.

Software Agreement. In addition, Cisco hereby grants to Frontier a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual and nonexclusive license to use, modify, copy, market, distribute or otherwise dispose of the Derivative Works, provided that such Derivative Works which are feature enhancements to the RMON Embedded Agent Software may not be licensed or distributed in any manner by Frontier to any third party without Cisco's prior written consent.

Software Agreement. The City will pay the Contractor a not-to-exceed (NTE) amount of $ 24,995 for services as described based on actual time and materials.
