Common use of Software and Hardware Requirements Clause in Contracts

Software and Hardware Requirements. 4.3.1. Customer is responsible for obtaining access to the Internet using software and hardware that meet DynaVox’s published system requirements, including security requirements. 4.3.2. Customer agrees to access the Software, and to store and retrieve data using third party programs, including (without limitation) Internet “browser” programs, that support data security protocols compatible with those specified by DynaVox. Customer agrees that all software it uses to access the Software will support the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
