Software Applications. Alliance is responsible for the licensing and maintenance and maintaining current levels of its Applications Systems set forth in Section 1 (B) of Schedule C. Alliance shall provide reasonable assistance to Equitable in changing any Equitable’s resources to higher, supported levels of operating system software and mainframe and telecommunications hardware.
