Software Assurance. For an additional and a recurring fee, Rencore offers “software assurance” to licensed users. Software assurance includes (1) any generally released updates, patches, and bug fixes for the software (“updates”) when and if released at Rencore’s sole discretion, (2) major version upgrades, (3) web-based support, email and phone support, and (4) remote desktop support (provided that the customer agrees to this method of support).
