Software Delivery Clause Samples
The Software Delivery clause defines the obligations and timelines for providing software to the client. It typically specifies the method of delivery, such as electronic download or physical media, and may outline milestones or acceptance criteria that must be met. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of when and how the software will be provided, reducing the risk of disputes over delivery expectations and helping to keep the project on schedule.
