Common use of Software Licensed under a Hosted Services License Clause in Contracts

Software Licensed under a Hosted Services License. Subject to Customer’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including the timely payment of all fees), SRS hereby grants Customer a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non- sublicensable and non-transferable right and license to access and use the Software (in Object Code only) during the License Term, exclusively on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and the associated Supplemental Schedule, and to use any related Documentation, solely for the internal purposes of Customer.
