Common use of Software Licensed under a Subscription License Clause in Contracts

Software Licensed under a Subscription License. Subject to Customer’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including the timely payment of all fees), SRS hereby grants Customer a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non- sublicensable and non-transferable right and license to install, execute and otherwise use the Software (in Object Code only) during the License Term, exclusively on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and the associated Supplemental Schedule, including any Upgrades to such Software provided under Support, and to use any related Documentation, solely for the internal purposes of Customer.
