Software Scope and Your Entitlement Sample Clauses

The "Software Scope and Your Entitlement" clause defines the specific rights and limitations a user has regarding the use of the software. It typically outlines what features, modules, or versions the user is permitted to access based on their license or subscription, and may clarify any restrictions on usage, such as the number of users or devices allowed. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of what is included in the software package, helping to prevent disputes over unauthorized use or misunderstandings about the extent of the user's rights.
